WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEMS

These systems can provide clean water to the whole glassmaker/marble workshop, given that all the processing water is collected in basins and sent to the silos that, through the use of flocculant for marble particles and of coagulant for glass particles, produces these particles precipitation toward the end of the basin’s cone.

The material collected at the bottom is eliminated through a mechanical pump and then pushed using a pipe toward the structure, where filter bags pick, filter and compact the remains.

A duct branch will be realized from the booster pump toward the processing machines for clean water production, which is used for both the washing machine and the spindle cooling. This branch will pass through a quartzite filter that will further purify and make the liquid suitable for the processing.

Thanks to this system, there won’t be industrial wastes toward the sewers anymore, because it will be a closed-circuit system.
