General revision of a straight line edging machine Bavelloni PR88. Complete uninstallation of the machine, sandblasting and repainting of the structure, correction of the chains' slide guides of the track for glass transport. Replacement of track chains, plastic sliding blocks, rubber cover for sliding blocks, tracks for glass entrance and exit, and total revision of all the spindles with bearings replacement and revision of diamond and polishing wheel’s sliding systems.

LIST OF REVISION WORKS:

The machine will be completely dismantled, the mechanic structure will be restored and later painted.

Complete revision of:

- plastic sliding blocks (front/back);

- rubber covers of the carrier’s sliding blocks (front/back);

- rubber-covered sliding blocks of the entrance and exit conveyor;

- spindles bearings;

- motors bearings;

- spindles bellows;

- seals;

- belts on the spindles and on the carrier’s adaptor;

- pipes
