INTERMAC- MASTER 23 workstation revision with warranty
The Master 23 numerical control workstation on PC basis is an Intermac proposal, dedicated to glass working. The professional in-depth examination of commercial and technical needs, led to the design of an installation which is simple to use and whose numerical control is completely integrated within the Windows XP PC structure, allowing an automatic management of the machine and a high configurability. Thanks to its advanced technology and flexibility, Master 23 can be adapted to specific economic and production needs according to the client and it offers the possibility to choose between several configurations. It satisfies big Company’s needs as well as small artisans ones, through the optimal management of complex and long duration workings but also short-term ones dedicated to the production of large series, obtaining high quality results with a modest investment.

LIST OF COMPLETED REVISION WORKS:
The machine has been entirely cleaned from encrustations on the base, on the table and the cleaning process has been also performed inside the guides of axis displacement. All the possible mechanical backlashes during the X, Y, and Z axis displacement have been verified and resolved.
All the consumable components have been replaced, including joints of suction cups hoses, non-working solenoid valves and damaged piston compressors.
All the components above listed have been replaced and correctly inspected at our workplace, offering the purchaser the possibility to view the proper functioning of Master 23 before the uninstallation for the preparation to the machine’s loading.
