Sale of overhauled Forel manual butyl extruders

The butyl extruder is a machine capable of extruding a butyl rubber from two extrusion nozzles, on all the aluminium frame’s perimeter, which composes the isolating glaze’s panel. The butyl flow is identical on both sides and it is regulated by dosing units that work in tandem. The machine has a flow control in order to set the weight per linear meter of the extruded product. The frame spacer is directed at a constant speed by a belt which allows speed modification through a potentiometer. The distance between the nozzles is adjustable through a simple mechanical regulation. The temperature for butyl rubber warming is handled by thermal probes and programmable digital temperature readers. The butyl rubber block’s replacement is extremely simple and fast.
